How does per-VM pricing work?

You pay for the VMs you protect, not the VMs you run. A protected VM is one Failkit replicates to a cloud target. Powered-off VMs in a protection group still count.

What if I exceed my tier?

You overage at the next tier up. Overage is invoiced monthly — no surprises. The dashboard shows current count vs. plan limit in real time.

How are drills billed?

Drills are included on every tier. The platform spins up isolated test VMs in the target cloud for the duration of the drill; cloud-compute charges go on your cloud bill, not your Failkit bill.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Annual prepay nets a 20% discount across all tiers. Talk to sales.
